The only way I know right now is to use a 5-0-0 cannon to stun them so the rest of my towers can take them out easily. After that, use the acidic mixture dip (alchemist) to let monkeys ignore the DDT's lead property. Alternatively, use a Monkey Intelligence Bureau or a tower that ignores the camo, black and lead property, like a wizard.
